David Wilson is a U.S. Army combat veteran, experienced land and real estate professional, and passionate outdoorsman with deep roots in Iowa. Raised in Sergeant Bluff, David proudly served 10 years in the United States Army, completing four combat tours-two in Iraq and two in Afghanistan. Beginning his real estate career in Georgia in 2019, David developed a strong specialization in agricultural land, recreational properties, hunting acreage, rural homesteads, and land acquisitions and sales. His experience spans everything from small rural building sites to large agricultural and recreational tracts exceeding 400 acres. David brings more than traditional real estate knowledge to the table. His hands-on experience with land ownership, wildlife habitat management, property evaluation, access considerations, and rural land improvements gives him a practical understanding of what makes land valuable, usable, and desirable. He combines that knowledge with strategic marketing, detailed market research, skilled negotiation, and a nationwide professional network to help clients maximize their opportunities. In 2024, David returned to his Iowa roots, settling in Logan with his wife, Megan, and their five sons, two of whom currently serve in the Armed Forces. An avid whitetail hunter, fisherman, and landowner, David understands that purchasing land is often about far more than acreage-it's about investment, recreation, family traditions, and creating a lasting legacy.
