Information we collect

Forms collect the name, email, phone, and message you type. MLS inquiries also store the MLS number and an optional county. Careers applications store occupation and city when you add them. Newsletter signup stores an email. Saved searches store the filters and the email you enter. The site can also see a visitor cookie used for favorites.

How we use it

We use it to answer the inquiry, assign a Legacy agent, and keep a record in the lead inbox. Marketing email is not sent automatically. You can ask us to stop by emailing cbenton@legacylandco.com.

We do not sell personal information

Inquiry data is for responding and for operating this site. It is not sold.

When information is shared

The assigned agent receives the lead. If email delivery is configured, a notice goes through that provider. Hosting and the database vendor store the same records so the site can run.

Photos and location data

Agent portraits currently point at image URLs already public on legacylandco.com. Those files should be re-hosted after a Realstack export, and the right to use them needs to be confirmed. Photos an agent uploads here are resized, and camera location data is stripped.
